Residents of the territorial community should know and understand the processes of distribution and use of budget funds of their districts, all the way up to the regional budget.

Full accountability of local authorities to residents of districts. Aligning of budget funds with the huge number of needs. Full and transparent reporting to residents for the budget funds used. Initiation of public hearings.

Establishment of a clear scheme of communication with leaders of territorial communities, representatives of local self-government bodies, officials and all concerned people.

Conducting meetings and discussions, trainings and education, helping community representatives:

  • identifying and understanding their needs and problems, as well as ways to solve them,
  • improving relations in society on the basis of trust and cooperation for the purpose of joint implementation of projects important for the community,
  • forming initiative groups to develop social development programs and raise funds for their implementation.

Participation in large-scale projects to improve the infrastructure of districts:

  • putting together projects related to the development of the infrastructure of the territories, the communal sphere, energy and resource conservation, etc.
  • attracting funds from international donors and local businesses

Self-employment of the rural population

  • Conducting seminars and giving advice on how to start private family enterprises
  • Assistance in organizing exhibitions and fairs of goods produced in the districts
